- A group of people who believe that giving back to the community is every human’s duty. We also believe that providing education for the needy people is the best service of all.
- We take every opportunity possible to plant saplings in various towns and villages bordering Chennai.
- In the past 10+ years Team Nanmai, along with the help of local residents, have planted more than 800 saplings.
Sapling Planting – 2017
- Team Nanmai planted 50 saplings in Dasar’s Higher Secondary School, Thiruninravur, Thiruvallur district on 21 October 2017.
Sapling Planting – 2016
- Team Nanmai planted nearly 100 saplings in Govt Middle School, Padiyanallur, Thiruvallur district on 15 August 2016.
Sapling Planting – 2015
- 200 saplings were planted in Attur Village near Chozhavaram in and around the village and near the lake shore and roads with a lot of help from residents of the village.
- 230 saplings were planted in Koonimedu Village near Redhills with support from the residents of the village.
- 100 saplings were planted in Lakshmipuram Village near Redhills.
Sapling Planting – 2013
- This year, Team Nanmai has planted 50 saplings each in the Govt. Boys Hr. Sec. School, and Govt. Girls Hr. Sec. School, Mugappair on 20 Oct to commemorate Gandhi Jayanthi.
- 40 saplings were planted at Govt. School, Chrompet on the 1st of September.

- Team Nanmai has planted 100 saplings at Govt. Hr. Sec. School, Redhills on 15 Aug to celebrate the Independence Day.
- Team Nanmai has planted 60 saplings at the Govt. School, Pattabiram on 2 Oct 2012 to mark the birth of Mahatma Gandhi.

- Team Nanmai has planted 40 saplings at Govt. Hr. Sec. School, Thirumazhisai on 15 Aug 2011 to celebrate the Independence Day.
- Team Nanmai has planted 50 saplings at the Avadi Govt. School, Thirumullaivayal on 2 Oct 2011 to mark the birth of Mahatma Gandhi.
